Return Policy
If any of the products manufactured by NELMAR do not meet the standards or quality promised we will replace 100% of the affected product at no additional charge provided such claim is made within 10 days of the purchase date. All other non-custom products can be returned in resalable condition for full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Return freight and restocking fee will apply if the return is not due to an error by NELMAR’s distribution partner, a manufacturer’s defect or a failure to meet specifications. If the return is due to an error made by NELMAR’s distribution partner, a manufacturer’s defect or failure to meet specifications, the distribution partner will be responsible for the return freight and the replacement shipment freight. There will be no refund on customized products unless returned due to an error made by the distribution partner, a manufacturer’s defect or a failure to meet specifications.
